Automatic processing line of Small Steel Parts
We equipped with a graphite automotive production line which is combined with 6 Makino D300 five-axis, 2 Doosan DNM4505, one FANUC manipulator, 96-station silo, and EROWA fixture.
Now, only one operator of 8 CNCs is responsible for clamping workpieces and maintenance of tools. From blank to finished product, it is fully automatic. The machine utilization rate reaches 95%, and the precision of parts is less than 0.01mm, which further realizes Kaihua's "high-quality, High efficiency, short cycle" goal.
