On August 30, 2024, Mrs. Hao, General Manager of Shanghai Action Education, visited Kaihua Mold to provide guidance and conduct "High Performance Manager" training for all middle and senior managers. Her aim was to help Kaihua’s managers understand human nature and establish policies aligned with corporate strategies. The training focused on developing a talent recruitment and cultivation system that ensures standardization, process optimization, and replicability, thereby supporting the advancement of Kaihua’s talent system and promoting the thorough implementation of its corporate strategy.
Talent is the most critical resource and asset for an enterprise, and building a robust talent training system is essential. By following Mrs. Hao’s practical insights and utilizing the "Big Dipper" model, which includes "labor, portrait, drawing, recruitment, careful selection, knowledge, and effective utilization," the company can more systematically and efficiently identify and nurture high-performance talent. This will further assist Kaihua Mold in creating a precise management closed-loop system, elevate its management practices, and successfully implement its corporate strategy.
